The mailing list has existed since the very beginning. I closed it once because I wanted to center all discussions & interactions in the forum. Mailing list or forum, both are good in their own ways. So I decided to reopen the mailing list. Unfortunately new member can only join with invitation.

Remember to send this email from the email account which address you want to submit. Please be patient and wait a while before you receive an invitation. To make it easier for us, we collect the email address and invite everyone all at once. So please check your spam mail folder regularly (unfortunately most spam filters recognize invites as bulk)
